I bring more than 16 years of experience in federal service and my background spans performance management, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and strategic execution. I’ve completed multiple international assignments, led multidisciplinary teams, and received numerous awards recognizing excellence, integrity, and service. While I’m proud of these accomplishments, what matters most to me is how my experience can be used to support and uplift others.

The Louvie Group was born from something I’ve been doing for years—coaching, mentoring, and guiding people through pivotal career moments. Long before launching this business, friends, colleagues, and professionals sought me out for resume support, interview preparation, career strategy, and honest guidance. I saw firsthand how access to the right support can change someone’s confidence, direction, and outcomes.
